There comes a time in everyone's life when you've got to make a decision on the important things - so I've decided this is my favourite cocktail.
I have sampled the tried and true, dabbled on the dark side with unusual combos and come to rest on this one which a barman whipped up during a recent visit to qualia on Hamilton Island.
Since it didn't have a name, we, both Ks, dubbed it K2. The taste is mild and refeshing, with a nice mix of sweet and sour and the gin (Alize Blue) showing through. Of course I also love the colour.

30 Mils Alize Blue
10 Mils Licor 43
10 Mils Apple Liquer
10 Mils Grand Marnier
15 Mils Lime Juice
15 Mils Sugar Syrup
Shaken over ice, fine strained into a Martini Glass and garnished with a Maraschino Cherry.
