Raw talent - today's nomination John Waikling

Well the competition is hotting up! Today's nomination from some red hot pr girls around town is John Waikling, pictured hard at work during a demo at Taste for the Love of Cooking. John teaches at Tafe and has owned his own catering businesses and numerous restaurants, including one on Straddie. He is a keen cyclist.

Here's the challenge - which Queensland Chefs would you like to see on a raw talent calendar? We've got just as much local talent as Sydney.

First nomination was Martin Duncan, the Freestyle Tout dessert king.
