Appetite - Food news from Tiger Tales Asia

Exploring the burgeoning Asian food scene is exciting me and there's no shortage of good stories in the line up for my bi-monthly pages in Tiger Tales Asian edition.

And with top Asian destinations including Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok to write about, it's little wonder.



In the July August edition I explored molecular gastronomy in Asia, interviewed a chef who is making waves in Hong Kong - Tony Cheng and previewed the Singapore Food Festival on from 15 - 24 July. There's also a run down on the latest dishes on menus throughout Asia.
