Cheese matters

I've always wanted to be more selective in my cheese and wine matching and now I've found a new web site that answers all my questions. www.cheesematters.com.au It has some really good tips on cheese plus a nifty wheel that matches cheese with wine or wine with cheese. Next time I want to match a wine to some of the great new goat cheese I've found I now know I can confidently select a riesling or sauvignon blanc. There's also some good tips on putting together a cheese platter and buying the right amount for the number of people – I always seem to buy too much.
